A weird guy who's powers are to create black stuff after being hurt. After the black stuff covers him, he can pick up benches and break public property. He smiles a lot though so maybe he would be a good subject to draw one day. Also, has no information on how to use her powers.

Kari's transforms into her empowered state, Pluto's Rebirth. After transforming, Pluto's Rebirth creates a zone around the girl.

Pluto's World:

Maximum Number of Zones: 1
A zone where snow gently falls. The area in the zone is slightly darker then the outside but does not inhibited vision and acts as an easy way others to know if they are in the zone. While in this zone Kari can create ice to attack enemies. Should Kari leave the zone, a new one will be created around her position, centering on her current location.  

Pluto's Wrath: + 1
Level: 6
Maximum Size: 2.5 ft cube
Kari can create ice to attack enemies while inside of her zone. Should the ice leave the zone, it disappears. Kari can create functional weapons out of her ice.
