Clint was beating a man, one may be curious as to why this is happening, well Clint decided to explore the city now that he decided to move there, then all of the sudden he noticed some gang member taking some maybe innocent lady’s money.  Of course Clint excused the young lady and tried like the reasonable man he is to inform the thug not to do this again, but then the man tried to attack him so Clint took action by pistol whipping the guy to the floor and grabbing the man by his collar to the cries of.  “You're crazy man.” and “get the hell off of me.”  Clint looked the man in the eye with a smirk on his face and said. “Now you're gonna do what I tell you to..or your dead friend.” Clint did not mean that but he figured it would be good incentive.

Of Cowboys and Magical girls Empty Re: Of Cowboys and Magical girls

Coale right now was patrolling through Mocca city, it was a difficult job, and she normally wouldn’t be trying to do so alone as Mocca was undoubtedly on the list of the more dangerous areas to patrol, and but then, she needed to get something done as a hero if she wanted to move up the ranks. Especially if even Houston had managed to surpass her already…the idiot had only had a few years head start.

So here she was patrolling through Mocca city, not transformed yet, but more than willing to do so if needed. It seemed a bit quieter than expected at least, or maybe she’d just been unlucky enough. Coale herself rarely had reason to go into Mocca city, and as such wasn’t completely knowledgeable of the area despite having grown up within Ruby city. It was when coming through an alleyway that she spotted it. Some crazy guy dressed up as a cowboy holding someone by the collar. It seemed like he was threatening the other guy as well.

An almost fiery glow began to form at her hand, the familiar spectral flame appearing before moving up her body and washing over it in a theatrical fashion, the flames obscuring parts of her body from view briefly only to clearly showing her outfit had changed. Her hair and eye color changing to a fiery red. A short skirt replacing the shorts she’d been wearing, along with leggings. A black coat over what seemed to be an outfit reminiscent of a school girl’s uniform. The coat hung loosely, in such a way it could easily be mistaken for a cape instead. At the end of the transformation, Coale would call out, her hand extended outward towards the cowboy, an ethereal, fiery heart forming in her palm idly, though she didn’t release the attack, just allowing the fire heart to rest in her palm, warming it. “Stop right there!”

Clint let go of the man's collar when he noticed that there was a bright flame, he instinctively moved his hands towards his guns, but stopped when he saw that the person who transformed was a little girl. Clint sighed when he saw this looked over to the man he decided to let the thug go for now he shouldn't extorting people now anyway. “All right get out of here but I see you doing that again you’re ass is mine boy!.” The man ran off with his tail tucked between his legs Clint let out a low chuckle as he grabbed one of his cigarettes and lit it up and took a nice long drag before blowing out the smoke. “I think there may be a misunderstanding here.” The girls outfit finally registered. “As well as some context.”

Coale’s hand twitched as the guy started reaching for what appeared to be a firearm, before he stopped for some reason or another. Letting the man go and pulling out a cigarette, almost acting like he hadn’t just been breaking the law and threatening someone. Coale had been ready for this to turn into a fight, and as a result, allowed the glowing heart shaped flame in her hand to remain, as she was likely to need to use it in a moment. The guy certainly didn’t fit the description of any of the official heroes that she knew about in the area, and the most likely explanation for his presence was that he was probably working with one of the gangs.

“I’m sure you can explain it at the nearest police station then.” She said, glaring at the guy in annoyance over the situation. The fact he didn’t seem to be taking her seriously at all was more than a bit irritating for the girl. “And maybe you should keep your hands where I can see them, while we’re at it.” She stated, looking at the holstered weapons again.

Clint sighed when she brought up the police, he knew some officers but he knew this area of the city had some dirty cops and he hit a gang member so he did not want to risk it if he had to. “I don’t think that is a good idea.” Clint did not want to break the kids heart but he decided to hit the brakes on this whole situation. “Look kid I get that you want to help people but it’s not as simple as it looks, where are your parents i’m sure there worried.” Clint stomped out his cigaret and rubbed his jaw despite how pathetic the thug was he did get him by surprise with that punch and it was starting to bug him.

Coale’s look of annoyance gave way to one of anger at the guy’s response, the fact her transformation only seemed to make the mistake more likely only served to annoy her further, and the redhead found her temper being tested by the guy’s actual dismissal of her as just some kid or something. Who the hell did he think he was? Treating her like some child?

“Grrrr, IDIOT” As she shouted, she sent out a warning shot , her fireheart would crash into the concrete between the two of them. A heart shaped burn mark left in the sidewalk as she stomped towards the cowboy. “I AM NOT SOME CHILD!” She yelled out, glaring furiously at the man. “I guess you’re just too stupid to know a registered hero with the Superhero foundation looks like, now come with me quiet or I’LL DRAG THERE!” The tsundere ranted, punctuating the statement by forming another of the fiery hearts in her palm, though she didn’t do anything with it quite yet. She already had reasonable suspicion to take the guy in, given he'd just been threatening somebody. The fact he hadn't identified himself as a Hero Foundation member either told her he likely wasn't one. As far as she was concerned he was suspicious, and had already broken the law.

Clint raised his eyebrows and hummed slightly as he saw an angry little girl summon a fireball and throw at the ground in front of him. he had known about the hero foundation he just never bothered to actually register, why should he need to join some fancy foundation to be a hero, he sure as hell wasn't gonna take orders from anyone. Clint was admittedly annoyed at being called an idiot so his opinion of the girl in front of him dropped slightly. “I have heard of the foundation but I just never wanted to be someone else's lap dog.” Clint noticed that the girl was creating a flame in her hand, so he decided to be a somewhat good person and not get into the fight with the girl significantly younger than him. “Alright look I know for a fact that a decent number of cops in this district are corrupt as shit, so i’m not gonna go to the police however licensed or not you are still younger than I am because I doubt your thirty or older, and besides I ain’t got one of you're fancy abilities so I would probably get my ass fried.”

“I am NOT a lapdog! What type of idiot are you?” Coale asked when the guy went off on some tangent, he’d already he’d mentioned not having powers so it wasn’t like he could really join anyways. She shook her head, leveling an annoyed look at the guy as she dismissed that issue, it didn’t really matter for the moment. Right now she wasn’t in any sort of social conversation, but a hero making an arrest of a suspicious individual who had ALREADY broken the law. There was also the way he was treating her, with no respect at all and as though she was just some kid. It was grating on the new hero’s nerves already, but that coupled with the situation itself was definitely testing her patience.
“This is your last chance, come with me and we can handle this at the station or I WILL TAKE YOU IN BY FORCE.” She warned, if he tried to refuse again or simply took too long to respond she’d initiate the hostilities herself, sending out a blast of fire, shooting at the ground under the guy to minimize the amount of damage she did. She didn’t need to kill him, but the guy was armed and as things stood physically, she was at a rather notable disadvantage physically. Not even considering the fact she KNEW he was armed.

Clint frowned as the girl kept insulting him, Clint raised one of his hands in surrender he reached into his jacket with his other hand and pulled out a flask taking a nice long swig out of it finishing the remaining contents. “Alright let’s go to the police kid.” Clint may not have liked the situation but he would get into more trouble fighting and possibly injuring a hero than he would maybe having to fight some corrupt cops. “I just want to state that the guy was extorting money from a women, if only to see how that sense of self righteousness will hold.” Clint raised his other hand and surrendered.

Coale smirked when the guy gave up, glad that he seemed to have decided to at least try to be less annoying to deal with. She knew it would be better for her not not to get into a public fight like this, and she didn’t really have any defense against the gun the guy seemed to be carrying around. At his remark she rolled her eyes, figuring either he was lying, and even if he wasn’t it was best to be sure. There was also the fact the guy was a vigilante with no association with the SF at all, assuming he was telling the truth.

The girl pointed the fire heart downward the ground, allowing it to discharge harmlessly against the pavement. It would work as a display to hopefully keep him from doing something stupid and if not, at least gave her a free hand again. “Yeah, and a criminal has never lied before, idiot.” She responded. She would proceed to escort the vigilante to the nearest police station, not to troubled by the possibility of the man not being the aggressor. After all he was still suspicious enough that she was sure the authorities would need to question him, and she couldn’t just leave some gun-toting moron running around picking fights with people without him at least getting questioned.
