Sinew's point:
Super Mutations: Allows for the creation of mutants with super-like abilities from the corpses of supers so long as the following requirements are met: 1. The super is another player or a staff-controlled NPC. 2. Sinew or one of his creations kills the super in question.

Sinew's upgrade is approved.

Byron's Point:
Temperature Resistance:  Byron's body is highly resistant to temperature change in all forms allowing him to withstand temperature extremes comfortably ranging from that as hot as fire and as cold as liquid nitrogen.  This also allows him to more freely use his Thermokinetic Core without risk of harming himself.

Byron's upgrade is approved.

Jeremy's Point:
Liquid Blades: Increase the speed he can move his liquids to 30mph making it move at dangerous speeds.  This allows him to move his liquids in a blade-like fashion and essentially sword fight with liquids.

Hm... Faster movement of water, and slashing descriptor on water attacks.
