The Forgotten - At will, so long as Victor is phased out of existence, he can cause the entire world to forget about him in his entirety. Memories will be temporarily altered to fit with any inconsistencies and physical records will all be completely blank. While this effect is active, there is no evidence in physical or mental form that he ever existed. This effect immediately ends once he returns to existence. This causes no lapse in judgement as a result of suddenly regaining memories as things simply return to how they were, and people often ignore their sudden dismissal of his existence.
