The islands are also home to Starlight Academy, the world's premier academy for all things extraordinary, and seeks out those who are out of place among the mundane world. There, students can receive the finest education, and learn to master what makes them unique.

Starlight Academy is a self-hosted, freeform modern fantasy roleplay that has been going strong since July 10th, 2005. Our site is mobile-friendly, with a variety of skins to suit any need. We allow students, teachers, and civilians of all types, and allow open species creation. We hold monthly events and challenges, and have a large, active and diverse community featuring players from around the world. Starlight Academy does not have strict activity requirements or activity checks, has no limit on the number of characters you can make, and allows personal art, animanga faces, and real life play-bys to be used for characters! Roleplayers of all skill levels, characters of all types, and plots of all sorts are warmly welcomed!
