Part 7 - Miscellaneous - Learning from Playing

These are the sets of rules added after finding some chinks in the existing system.  It will be updated as necessary.

-All weapons and armor cost a point or basic power to have for all PCs.  This does not apply to NPCs.  

-Characters can have any level of skill in any field so long as it is reasonable for a human to be able to do that and it is reasonable for that character to have the skill or lack thereof.  Naturally, the exception is for Mary Sue characters as mentioned above, which is unacceptable.  All superhuman levels of skills will cost a point or basic power.
