Trap #2 going for a point. Making things much more complicated than they need to be for our poor boy Archie. Marin used his power, and this is for a first point so

Siren's Voice: Marina is able to amplify his voice, allowing for him to be able to generate sound waves capable of causing moderate pain to someone's ear drums.  This power is directed in the form of a narrow cone, with a range of 15 feet, . Additionally Marina is only able to use this ability four times in a single thread, before losing his voice. Causing him to have difficulty talking for the duration of the thread. (This power falls into the part 5 rules and guidelines. level 5 sonic power.)

I'm going to assume when you say "3 times per post" you mean "per thread", so I'll need you to change that. I'll also need a better description of its effect. If it stuns, I need a duration. If it harms, I need how much damage and what it actually does (ie. Heat ability is able to damage skin but not burn it off, or something like that). Relatedly, this may actually be something I'll need to add as part of the Part 5 Rules. Let me see what you are thinking and I'll decide from there.
