Let's get to it.  Pretty good length thread.  Looks like almost two pages.  Blossoming friendships and rivalries between two energetic heroes.  Plus, a spontaneous duck attack!

Haruko: Point

This thread works really well, but mostly as a social thread.  The majority of the thread was having fun at the amusement park.  Haruko did use a bit of her powers to help in the competitions but nothing really notable, and no combat whatsoever.  Please make note that the reason you are getting the point now is because this is your first point and you used your power to some degree, but even at this level that is just scraping by.  Another note is that social threads are really good for character development and story purposes but will get you nowhere in the way of points.  So in the future, if you are looking for a point, just know either a little combat or using your power more actively is whats going to get you anywhere.

Let's see...

Haruko's unique control over her inner body and muscles allows her to easily reach peak physical strength and agility capable of being gained by human beings. She can lift more, hit harder, jump higher and farther, run faster and possess perfect equilibrium. She's now also a contortionist! Look out boys wink wink!

Woah woah, slow down there.  For anything like peak physical strength or speed you need numerical or comparative values.  But that isn't the major issue here.  There is waaay too much included in this one upgrade.  You can have this stuff all eventually, sure, but you aren't getting it all at once.  Least of all on your first point.  

For your point, based on what you said, your options are:
1. Perfect Equilibrium - Haruko's control over her central nervous system allows her to maintain a heightened sense of balance and equilibrium, regardless of how much she is spun or if she is upside-down or what direction she is facing. (Basically you won't get dizzy and you will feel right at home fighting upside-down and stuff)
2. Contortionist - Haruko's control over her muscles and joints allows her flexibility to skyrocket, allowing her to bend at strange angles without overexerting herself or straining a tendon.  (Basically would allow for a more tricky and slippery style of combat, plus it would be harder to keep her in locks)
3. Adrenaline Rush (tentative name) - Haruko's control over her own muscles allows her to temporarily remove her limits, doubling her current muscle strength for two actions that use this strength.  (Number of actions will increase as you spend points in your primary power)  Usable twice per thread, but not usable in quick succession.
4. Peak Human Condition (New Power) - Haruko is capable of lifting 250 Lbs, running at 30 mph, taking multiple normal blows without wearing down, and has faster reaction time than most people. This is entirely without the aide of other powers she holds.

Limited Peak Human Condition - By concentrating on pure efficiency in the operation of her muscles and organs, Haruko is capable of reaching the peak of human condition for two posts twice per thread (not successively). She'll be capable of lifting 250 lbs, running at 30 mph and will possess higher than average stamina and reaction times.

If those are the limits you want in place, then I have no qualms. As I said in the PMs, you may at some point buy off the limit to have it permanent and passive.
