Alabaster High School

The biggest high school in the world, dwarfing all but the most massive of institutions of learning, takes up one third of Ruby Central's space, and contains a massive number of building specifically designated for learning in as many ways as possible. More than half of the buildings are used for their Superpower Applications For Everyone (SAFE) courses. All in all this is a highly concentrated area of supernatural capabilities, as well as a densely populated sanctum of learning and higher education. People from around the world move to Ruby City to attend Alabaster High, since their SAFE courses are taught by a number of A Class Heroes (as well as some others).

Alexandrite Shopping District

The shopping district within Ruby City is known to hold more employment opportunity than any other city in the world, and holds 50% of the jobs of the city. This area, though called the Shopping District, contains a vast array of business buildings and complexes as well as shopping malls and department stores. Along with the dense population and high concentration of money exchanging hands, though, comes the highest concentration of attempted crimes. There is a massive police patrol around the area, to take care of most of the petty things, but a vast number of Superpowered crime winds up being attempted in this sub-district, more than anywhere else in the city, meaning there is plenty of opportunity to stop such crime, and make an impression on the population.

The Sun

The HQ for the Superhero Foundation, which is the primary funding agency for professional Superheros. This location not only serves as a gathering of the world's wealthiest individuals for the sake of ensuring the safety of mankind in the face of the Superhuman uprising, but as a place for Superheroes to turn in information, relax and take a breather, and even train in their specially fortified War Rooms. Only Professional heroes of B-Class and up are allowed into the HQ. (Other posts by anyone of a lower Class unless there is a B-Class or Higher escort will be deleted.)
