Standard shootout. Resulted in his arrest. This is what Sai has mostly been doing (minus getting caught), so technically I shouldn't be so lenient, but:

Based on what I've been hearing it sounds like you are finally picking up a power, so I'd assume you could spice things up accordingly to compensate. If not, that's fine. If you are, it must adhere to basic level 1 power guidelines. Post your upgrade here and await approval.

Power: Silence Aura - Sai can create a field centered around himself with a radius of 2 meters. Anything inside the range of the aura cannot generate any form of sound. Anything leaving the aura can once again generate sound as normal. Any sound originating form outside the aura can still travel through and be heard inside the aura.
